Our Authentique range is a cherry-picked selection of our best single variety wines.
Each bottle captures the spirit of an outstanding terroir basking in the Southern French sunshine.
The carefully-chosen varieties are lovingly made into wine to bring out all the wealth and complexity our region has to offer.

Our vineyard runs from south of Gignac to the village of Saint Pons de Mauchiens near Pézenas.

It’s a small rolling region on the northern hillside of the Aumelas plateau, on the left bank of the Hérault. Our Grande Réserve range celebrates our best woody wines.

Our Notes Biologiques range is your ticket to an adventure through a whole host captivating flavours.
Our most sophisticated grape varieties are grown organically and capture our commitment to nature as they reflect the landscapes they come from.
Join our Chardonnay for a stroll through gardens in bloom, venture deep into tropical forests with our Cabernet, fall under the spell of our berry-rich Merlot and celebrate warm summer nights and quality time together with our refreshing Rosé.

Climate change has seen us change the game with hardy varieties that can withstand extreme conditions and require fewer pesticides.
That means we can reduce our carbon footprint and protect biodiversity.
We're proud to present a new range of high quality and eco-friendly wines made from hardy varieties, such as Souvignier Gris and Floréal.

Our Comtesse rosé exudes the elegance and class you'd expect from the Languedoc. Its finesse makes it feel light and fresh, just like a summer breeze blowing over rippling rose petals.

Its radiant colour brings to mind the soft twilight glow of memorable summer evenings.

Our St Bauzille de la Sylve winery brings you a summer wine made from grapes grown in Gignac, near the Pont du Diable.

The ancient “Devil’s Bridge” spans the river at its narrowest point, clinging to its steep riverbanks on the edge of the Gorges de l’Hérault. It’s said to be one of the oldest medieval bridges in France and was built between 1028 and 1031 by the nearby abbeys in Aniane and Saint-Guilhem le Désert.

This easy drinker is the perfect tipple for your summer get-togethers.

The red that colors the shores of the lake and the Salagou valley is made up of sandstones and clays commonly known as "ruffes".
These rocks are the result of a slow deposition of sediments over nearly 270 million years.
The presence of iron oxide, which gives the earth its red color, gives our wines soft, silky notes.

The landscape glows with a deep red tinged by the sandstone and limestone we call “ruffe” on the picturesque lake shores and Salagou Valley.

Our Millénaire vintage takes its name from an age-old tale that captures the very essence of the Lac du Salagou terroir.

Chapelle Saint Antoine is a hillside chapel near a spring that has watched over Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve and our vines since the 17th century from its slope sheltered from the wind.
